SYNERGY AEROSPACE GROUP

Synergy Aviacion was established in 2004 in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. As a black-owned business, it is the beneficiary of the Canadian Black Business Initiative (BBI).

In 2011, after establishing itself globally in terms of clients and services, the company looked to South Africa as a launching pad into doing business in Africa.

Dr Nomsa Joyce Nkosi was introduced to Synergy Aviacion Internacional by the former chairperson of the Nova Scotia Human Rights Commission, Dr Carolyn Thomas. In terms of ownership, and consistent with legislation in South Africa pertaining to B-BBEE it was agreed that Dr. Nomsa Joyce Nkosi will hold 51% share holding in SYNERGY AEROSPACE SOUTH AFRICA and the 49% has been retained by Synergy Aviacion International.
